Mounting the battery holder …
Now that we have installed the Berner garage door opener, we need to hang the battery. We do that with the following wall mount. The dowels and the screws are supplied directly.
We now first need to mark the holes and then we can get started and drill the holes. To do this, we use a normal 6 millimeter masonry drill bit and the supplied 6 mm dowels.
Now we can screw the holder tight and hang the battery there. It hangs there really securely, so it’s no problem at all if you accidentally bump into it at some point.
