Notes on installation …
The Powerstation is relatively quick and easy to install, but you should still keep in mind a few basic points, which we explain here in the instructions.
Direct connection via EcoFlow App or via EcoFlow Cloud …
Basically, you can connect the EcoFlow River 2 Pro in two ways:
1) You can connect the EcoFlow River 2 Pro Power Station directly via Bluetooth and control it directly with the app. In this case, the EcoFlow River 2 Pro is addressed without cloud and without internet. (Smartphone via Bluetooth <-> Power Station)
2) In addition, after successful Bluetooth connection, you can connect the EcoFlow River 2 Pro Powerstation with the WLAN and then also connect outside the Bluetooth range via the EcoFlow App via Internet connection on the road via the EcoFlow Cloud with the EcoFlow River 2 Pro, once the WiFi data has been entered. By the way, you don’t have to and can’t manually connect to the EF-R20044 Bluetooth device via Bluetooth, it’s done automatically via the app! (Smartphone via WLAN/Mobile <-> EcoFlow Server <-> WLAN Router <-> WLAN Powerstation)
